Objective
Produce a series of videos to attract candidates to early careers at NatWest.
NatWest enlisted employer brand agency Ph.Creative to produce recruitment campaigns that could appeal to specific demographics within the wider ‘early careers’ target audience. As a writer at Ph, I was enlisted to produce a number of different pieces of collateral on this project.
The work
I was asked to generate a series of questions which NatWest employees would answer in user generated content (UGC) videos. I took the resulting UGC videos, picked out the best quotes and threaded them together into video scripts that each told a story in-line with certain client-mandated themes. These scripts included time codes which Ph’s video team used to edit the footage together.
