Objective
Write all copy for a series of Google web ads advertising the Intuitive employer brand.

Background
Ph.Creative created the Intuitive’s employer brand, summed up by the flexible brand essence line “Prove/Proving what’s possible.” As part of the collateral, I was asked to produce wording for Google Ads using personas defined using in-depth research from Ph’s strategy team.

The work
Using the provided personas, alongside real employee quotes from footage used for the EB video project, I wrote two different kind of headlines: quote-led and brand-led. You can see both kinds below.
