Objective
Create brand awareness by telling authentic stories from AA employees and customers.

Background
The #ithappenedtome digital campaign is one of The AA’s most successful: A place where people can share their unique, funny, serious and important stories from both sides of the brand.

The work
Like a journalist, I used the sources available to me in the business to find stories, then contacted those involved to get their side. Then wrote them up into editorial content that was published on The AA website.
