Kainos Employer Brand Activation Deck

Background
Ph.Creative created the Kainos’ employer brand, summed up by the brand essence line “Our people write our story.” As part of an employer brand, Ph produce a full suite of creative assets, which collectively are called a toolkit.

The work
While Kainos’ staff headlines (designed to look like employees’ upper bodies) were already pre-written, I was asked to write the vast majority of the rest of this document. This included the introduction text in each slide, social copy, hashtags, body copy in designed ads, plus templates for job descriptions, LinkedIn Inmail, job offers and pillar proof points. I also wrote the designed headline for the pull-up banner all of the lifecycle assets, including the designed  headlines.
